[Those who wake up in the town on the third day will soon notice that something's definitely off. The cracks in the sky are appearing more frequently and lasting for minutes at a time, and there's a strange white fog drifting over the clouds.

For those who've just arrived, welcome to our new little town! We're sure you're glad to see your missing friends again; nothing to worry about here, they've just been too busy enjoying the upgraded carnival to go back home. Any bleeding limbs or serious wounds you may spot are obviously just a sign of how much fun they've been having.]

Human beings can go like, a whole week with out dying from lack of food. You totally need to chill out.

[There is a voice somewhere underneath the screaming...quiet and low. It sounds like it belongs to a man.]

[Latvia stands still and frowns at the floor, rolling the handle of the shovel in his hands]

But what if we're trapped here forever? Then what? I don't want to starve to death!

[He thought for a moment.]

... clearly nothin's happened yet.

It's fine, I have my normal body back. And we'll get out before anyone starves, don't worry.

Okay well judging from the sky I don't think we have a lot of time. So. We can start demolishing stuff with our hands or burn it. Either way, we should pick something and get started.

[There seems to be the sound of someone singing inside. It's a cheery upbeat tune, but it's hard to place.]

[He jerked at the sound and looked up and over to the speaker. He immediately lowered his head and calmed down.]

[The Shadow Immortal frowns and tries focusing. thanks to regaining his vampire powers his hearing was a step above a normal human's. however, the screaming is pretty loud so it's up in the air if he actually hears anything.]

[The corner of Poland's mouth twitches slightly at Lithuania's mention that he has his body back. It's like he's rubbing it in or something.

But he'll swat that thought away. Now isn't the time to think about that stuff.]

Yeah. So. We're at the carnival, let's do something while we still have energy as opposed to wasting time playing with fake food.

Why don't you lead us to where you last saw it? Maybe we can find a clue there.

[Well, that's... not quite what Hawke expected to hear. She tilts her head, trying to listen to the song - but after a moment, she gives up, realizing she wouldn't recognize the tune anyway, and finally slips in through the window.

She tiptoes through the house slowly, doing her best to avoid making any sound, and tries to follow the sound of the singing.]
