[Those who wake up in the town on the third day will soon notice that something's definitely off. The cracks in the sky are appearing more frequently and lasting for minutes at a time, and there's a strange white fog drifting over the clouds.

For those who've just arrived, welcome to our new little town! We're sure you're glad to see your missing friends again; nothing to worry about here, they've just been too busy enjoying the upgraded carnival to go back home. Any bleeding limbs or serious wounds you may spot are obviously just a sign of how much fun they've been having.]

I think I could get along well with a doctor, don't you?

[She manages a giggle, gesturing to her hair. This is... Nice. This is relaxing her and making her feel somewhat normal.]

It's kind of too bad you didn't end up being my son in Mayfield, though, I have to admit. You're a good kid, Henry.

[Henry laughs a bit at the little joke too.]

Yeah definitely.

[But to be Rapunzel's kid? That's kind of weird. Not weird as in 'Oh God that's creepy.' More like 'I have two moms already, do we need to add a third?']

I think my Emma and my mom would have something to say about that though.

[Probably not so much Emma than Regina.]

[Rapunzel's giggle at what he says is more genuine this time.]

I'm sure they would. Who's Emma?

[Henry notices her expression and is not feeling all to happy with admitting it. After all, not many people like associating with the evil queen/mayor's kid]

....She's my adoptive mom, she's the evil queen.

...Evil queen? Oh, Henry, I'm so sorry.

[No it's not...but he's not about to complain about it right now.]

[He's wondering if he should. After all, if Regina does manage to get here, it's best warn people about her.]

She's capable of doing anything. She framed my teacher for murder because she hates Snow White. She was the one who did the whole curse and has made people suffer in my town...so...if you ever meet anyone named Regina Mills here, don't trust her.

Oh... Alright, I won't, but... I'm not sure I understand that. Snow White? And what exactly is the curse?

[Right he needs to explain the curse. People usually don't understand if he just goes by names.]

The curse brought everyone from the Enchanted Forest over to my world. They forgot who they really were, which were fairy tale characters in my world. They were made to forget who they really were and had all their happiness taken from them. If I had my book with me right now I could show you. But we'll have to wait till we get back.

Oh, I think I see. So, Rapunzel... She would have been someone in the Enchanted Forest, since she's a fairytale in your world?

Something like that, yeah.

So why did the evil queen cast the curse in the first place? I mean... Why is she evil?

She hated Snow White and couldn't stand to see her happy.

But she blames Snow White for ruining her life.

Why? What did Snow White do?

[Well that part is never clear in canon, at least to Henry. But we'll assume he knows.]

Snow White told a secret the Evil queen asked her to keep. But Snow White told the Queen's secret. But, she was only a little girl and she didn't know what happened after she had said anything.

Even if she was a little girl, though, shouldn't she have listened?

...She didn't want the evil Queen to lose her mom because of the secret. Like how Snow lost hers.

[Surely Rapunzel could understand.]
